An open, trusting dialog with our clients is an essential part of our work. We provide regular feedback to identify strengths, risks, and untapped potential.
We treat all relevant information we receive in the course of our programs or assignments as strictly confidential.
Services provided beyond the scope of an agreed program or assignment will be charged at our daily rate.
Travel expenses and other additional costs (e.g. for psychometric tests or external meeting rooms) will be invoiced separately.
A program or assignment can be terminated by the client at any time. In the event of termination, the services already rendered will be due for payment.
Coaching sessions, workshops or other services that are cancelled less than two working days in advance will be charged as if they had been provided.
We offer our services in English, German, and partly in French language.
We commit ourselves to comply with the "Global Code of Ethics For Coaches, Mentors & Supervisors" and the complaint procedures provided therein (www.globalcodeofethics.org/download-the-code).
