Executive Coach

–––––––

My Professional Experience:

With my first education in mechanical engineering and economics I worked as consultant and project manager at international corporations like Hugo Boss, SAF Holland SE, Porsche AG, DMG Mori AG, focusing on supply chain and complex business processes, typically reporting to the Board of Management.

In 2009 I went back to university and started a second career in Clinical Psychology. After receiving my masters degree, I topped it off with the accreditation as registered psychotherapist specialized in psychodynamic psychotherapy at “Institut für Psychotherapie (IfP) am Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf”.

Today I work mainly as executive coach while still practicing as psychotherapist.

More about Myself:

I was born and, at heart, a “Nordfriesin”, yet after school, I was drawn ‘into the world.’ I not only have a passion for traveling but have also lived for a long time in Berlin, Boston, and Amsterdam. After a stint in Singapore, I settled in Hamburg, where I found a home for and especially with my family. Professionally, my engineering studies and subsequent practical experience in supply chain management allowed me to further develop my process- and fact-oriented side while also igniting my curiosity to understand what is crucial for sustainable developments in companies as well as in everyday life. I have gained many insights and sometimes even answers to these questions through my psychology studies and subsequent training in psychotherapy, which I use in my work with clients to offer new perspectives and support the creation of space for sustainable improvements.
